Mr Mohseni represented me in purchasing two homes in 2012. It was a difficult time in the real estate market and I was looking for homes with specific attributes. Mr Mohseni did an excellent job in finding these homes and with the negotiations with the two sellers. Mr Mohseni did research and found out important deal points on both properties. He was especially effective in dealing with the first home which was bank owned. On the second property Mr Mohseni skillfully worked through a problem which developed with the seller's agent during the negotiation process. It is always nice when your agent solves problems before they balloon out of proportion. Once the properties were in escrow Mr Mohseni was knowledgeable and persistent in making sure all of the escrow process was completed in a timely manner. Both properties closed on time. I would certainly recommend Mr Mohseni to anyone who is interested in finding the right house at the right price and have the deal go through.
